Fee for Project Registration
The developers of the real estate need to pay the registration fees when applying to register the project with the authority of the RERA. The developer needs to fill up the “Form A” for getting the registration and also pay the fees of the registration by using the digital payment system like RTGS or NEFT. The developers need to fill up the online application or they can also pay through a demand draft which is drawn on a scheduled bank and submit the application at the Authority office until the online application system is available to be operated.
Fee for extending the time of the application of Real Estate Project
A developer of the real estate project can apply for extending the time limit of completion of their work. The developer needs to give an explanatory note by showing the relevant cause of delay to finish the work. Along with that note the developers need to pay the fee for extending the registration time as well. The developers can use the digital payment systems or a demand draft which is drawn from a scheduled bank and the amount of the check should be proper according to the regulations.
Project registration withdrawal Fee
If a developer of real estate needs to withdraw his or her registration he or she needs to give an application to the authority 30 days before the expiration of the registration. According to the Subsection 1 under the section of the 6 and sub rule 2 under the rule 7, 10% paid registration fee will be deducted from the paid money of the developer for registration as the value of the processing charge. The rest of the amount is refundable within a month after withdrawal to the developer.

The agents of the real estate need to be registered under RERA in which they need to fill up “Form E”. The agents need to pay the fee of the registration as per direction of the government through the demand draft or digital payment system. The fee differs from individual agent to more than one.
Renewal Fee for the registration of the agent/s of real estate
The agents of the real estate need to renew their registration after a certain interval and they need to apply for renewal at least before three months of the expiry time of the registration. “Form H” needs to be filled up and pay the amount of the renewal fee as per direction of the regulations. The amount of the applicants depends on whether he or she is an individual or other one.

Complaint filing fee with the Authority
An affected person can launch a complaint against one to the Regulatory Authority under the act of violation. The person who is going to launch the complaint needs to pay the fee by drawing a demand draft from a national bank which is in the favor of the authority and it needs to be payable at main branch which is located at the same place of the authority.
Complaint filing fee with Adjudicating Officer
Any sufferer can file a complaint against a person with Adjudicating Officer and demand compensation form that person under the section 12, 18, 14, and 19. The fee for launching the complaint is mentioned in the regulations and the sufferer can pay the amount by drawing a demand draft on a national bank which is in favor of the authority and it needs to be payable at main branch which is located at the same place of the regulatory authority.
An appeal filing Fee with Appellate Tribunal
One needs to fill up the “Form J” to file an appeal with Appellate Tribunal. The fee for appeal is RS 5000 which can be paid by using the demand draft on any national bank which is in the favour of Appellate Tribunal. The amount should be payable at main branch of the bank which is located in the same location of the regulatory authority.
